Invigorating

Our Barre classes will take you through a dynamic and invigorating workout from start to finish. Students are taught to focus on form and precision while performing small isometric movements in this music driven class which begins with a marching warm up. A sequence of upper-body exercises include free weights, push-ups, planks, etc. to target the biceps, triceps, chest, and back muscles.

The Barre or Tower is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range of motion movements.

Barre classes use a combination of postures inspired by ballet, yoga and Pilates. The Barre or Tower is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range of motion movements.

What makes us different is that we can work on the Ballet Barres or Towers with an array of interesting props and our teachers come from all different backgrounds with diverse barre experience and impressive credentials. We have comprehensively trained teachers in  Barre, Pilates, and TRX.
