Some of our classes have timelines associated with them to accommodate those who want to take more than one class a week.

Fusion Classes include: Barre Class, Pilates/Barre Fusion with Props, Pilates For a Healthy Back, Pilates/Barre Fusion with props, Pilates/ Barre Combo Class, Bodhi/Ball Fusion, Bodhi/TRX, Intermediate Pilates Tower, Healthy Back Pilates - Mat & Tower, Classical Pilates Tower, Pilates Tower Class, TRX/Pilates Tower, Pilates Tower Clinic, ect. (Fusion is all classes in the barre room).

Group Reformer Classes include: Reformer, Jumpboard Reformer, Reformer 1-2, Reformer 2, Reformer 2-3, Reformer For a Healthy Back, Reformer 1, Semi Private- Closed Group Reformer, Reformer 1/2 - Quad, New Client - 6 week Intro Class, Jumpboard Reformer/Tower Combo Class, Intro to Reformer, Open Level Group Reformer, Chair/Reformer Combo, Earn The Bird Jump Board Reformer. (This does not include privates).
