The Experts in Fusion
Our director has multiple certifications in a range of fitness modalities, and has designed classes that provide a full-body workout. Our Fusion classes draw from the diverse disciplines of Pilates, Barre, Yoga and classic strength training.
Small Classes Mean More Attention
We keep our classes small -- never more than 12 people in any given class. Our certified, experienced instructors are able to give each student specific corrections and individualized attention. It's a higher level of fitness in a friendly and encouraging environment. Limited capacity classes with encouraging instruction from highly trained teachers is our hallmark.

Our classes are unique in that each student has the use of their own personal "Tower".
